  • The product does not fall under the category of non-returnable items (e.g., [List non-returnable items, e.g., underwear, personal care items, customized products, etc.]).
  • A valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase is provided.
  1. Return Timeframe
  • Customers can request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of product receipt.  
  • And, the return window is extended to 14 days.

  • By Mail: We will provide a return label via email for you to print and attach to your package. Simply drop off the package at your nearest post office.  
  • The product must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will proceed with your refund.
  • You can expect to receive your refund within 5 business days from the date we receive the returned product.  
  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

  • We do not apply a restocking fee for valid returns.
